Damn I just went BNTL because of the price. Didn't even notice there was more black on the men's pair picture...Are the women's volts the same as the men's volts? There seems to be more black in the mens pair
they are actually very different. The yellow on the womens is more muted and lighter along with what you already stated (Men's having black in the prime knit). Bottom is women's.Are the women's volts the same as the men's volts? There seems to be more black in the mens pair

Hi all, pondering purchasing my first pair of Ultra Boosts (I've stuck with NB's when it comes to runners) and gotta ask, what's the difference between Core Black 1.0 and 2.0's? Seems like the 2.0's haven't received much love on the boards. Any insight would be appreciated as I can't tell a real difference (at least upon initial glances at both online).
I have both the 1.0 and 2.0 core black and functionality wise there is no difference at all. All the love or hate they get only comes from the redesign of the primeknit upper. Me personally, I like the 2.0 more. But actually one functionality difference would be the outsole. The outsole on the 2.0 is done up with the new continental outsole which is much more durable than the 1.0 which often received negative feedback due to the durability of it's outsole.

On the 2.0s they have some kind of gradient on the toe area which turn a lot of people off
Repped. Thanks for the insight, everyone!
