Great review! Looks like one should size down a half size from their non-wool UB size?

Yes, with the adiZero Primes you should go TTS with your usual Adidas or Nike size.  If you have narrow feet and like the shoes a little more snug, you could size down .5 I guess.  Definitely no need to size up like with some UBs.

That's BS, call back, ask to speak w/ a manager and get a partial refund on your order or at the very least a discount code.

I'm not one to care much about boxes but it's just the principle of the thing at this point.
