Their primary money makers are the running shoes made for marathons and crap. Not the more lifestyle ones like Racers/UBs. These kicks are just drops in the bucket for them.

How has everybody been dealing with the slippage? I've personally only experienced it once with my wool grays which were the first pair I bought. Also, anybody experiencing any slipping with conti soles after awhile at all? Creams are the only ones I own but haven't worn yet.

I usually get same day response when I email SNS cs...you will get your refund but it wont hurt to reach out again..

Yeah SNS is good with customer service but was wondering
if anybody else in the thread having trouble getting their money back
from the release like me.

I like the wool gray color better because it seems more neutral to me (if that's possible). But the mystery grays have a nice pattern to them.
