Don't know anything about sole bros or tons of other reviewers for that matter. There's something out there for everyone though. For me, I look at sources I'm more in line with. I want value and substance over hype. For example, I detest story telling traction patterns that don't work. Keep all of those marketing gimmicks and ploys, I just want good traction, cushioning, fit and support.
Something to keep in mind on these forums: When someone posts some feedback, usually you don't really know their age, playing style, preferences, conditions they play in and so on. When I see someone post something I think is crazy, the first thought I have is how old he/she is. I ain't trying to bicker with some 16 year old whose mom is doing his laundry.
So it's really about trying something for yourself more than anything. I personally think we spend way too much time researching and not enough time actually playing, training or working out. We are always looking for that extra edge, but at some point it's more about you than the shoes you wear.
