Not that it’s any correlation… but I opened the link for the site like 15 seconds before 8am and got in.

I think that was the key; refreshing 10-15s early for the short wait time. I'm 15, 43, and 53 min on 3 attempts now. Can't imagine it's possible to get thru at this point.
