Cracked leather is better for the long run in terms of keeping them clean, as well as those burgundy laces bleeding. They shouldn't bleed on cracked leather.

Suede and Sail/Cream laces would have put these on another level. Like astronomical levels. They are still great, and a lace swap is easy. I’m fine with cracked leather regardless. Hopefully it’s a softer version.
