It is true, and causes me great concern that Sean Smith didn't work in the offseason like I hoped he would. 

Sean was a starter from day 1 last season, and Vontae had to work his way in, now Vontae is locked in day 1, and Smith starts on the bench. 


And Will Allen hit IR, so with Sapp at the nickel, not sure how long before we get to see Smith back out there, maybe not regularly til the New England game (which I am sure we will need him by then)
