Yes, he's desperate because even with a "hook" from arguably the best R&B singer of our generation will not really save the fact that 50 Cent is irrelevant int his day and age.
And for the record, R. Kelly is washed up. His last few efforts (Double Up & TP.3 Reloaded) was borderline trash.
