Beginning of the season was, despite being so horrid, very interesting (trade rumors, something needs to be done now, possibly the worst record in franchise history, etc). Then, we started hitting our stride since December & the Nate exodus was in full effect. Nate comes back, and now we ware just fighting to get into those final playoff positions.
I don't know, I was expecting us by now to be at .500 with the way we were playing. We hit a few bumps, though.

I say considering our start, the assortment of talent on this team, and David Lee playing center, our record isn't that bad.
We definitely let a lot of wins escape us, but that's not really a surprise when we don't have anyone who can completely dominate a game.
As interesting as having the worst record in history was, I'd much rather be in our position now. I'm sure the front office have been working on trades, but no one wants Curry and Jefferies would probably have to be packaged.

Pretty much where I figured we'd be, just didn't think we'd get here like we have.
In the end, give me 33- 35 wins and the young guys continue to develop and I'm good. Wherever that lands us in the standings, so be it.

Same here. I thought when Nate went down we'd see Toney in the 2nd half, but Larry came in.
It's only the halfway mark, if it took this long for Hill to get minutes, hopefully Douglas starts getting some consistent burn.

I was sitting next to this couple who were Laker fans. Struck up a conversation talking about they were Lakers fans for life. Brought up NVE and Eddie Jones and they had no idea who I was talking about. I just laughed it off
A TON of Lakers fans last night though. Wasn't happy to see it. On my way home from another SJU loss too. Rough 24 hours
I was sitting next to this couple who were Laker fans. Struck up a conversation talking about they were Lakers fans for life. Brought up NVE and Eddie Jones and they had no idea who I was talking about. I just laughed it off

Smh @ hughes getting burn last night after complaining and still playing with no heart. You can tell when he steps on the court he does not care if the team wins. Dude be laughing when he turns it over its really time to just marbury him for the rest of the year. If nate is gone for an extended period give all his minutes to tdouglas. If duhon and tdouglas can't handle it then run that lineup when he had jeffries at pg

Just a thought from the biggest Net hater that yall know, but the Knicks and Nets should just combine into 1 big tri state team
Think about it we compliment each other perfectly. We have young talent at every spot but no PG or center and the Nets have probably the best young PG/C combo in the Atlantic but noone else to help.

would rival the Thunder for the most young talent in the league. I mean all of those players have all-star potential and a few are playing on that level right now and the average age would be what? 24?

Swamprats should just suck up and #!$# their stupid @%+ plans into our city and just move to the Garden (and knock down that piece of @%#% they call a stadium) and to be fair well change our name to the New York Knicks of the tri state
somewhat like the Angels do with Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
