Chase Budinger, Austin Daye, Ty Lawson >>>>>>>>>>> Jordan Hill
What? You'd rather have a stick figure and a tin man that Hill? I'm not even going to get into it anymore, like I said just taking names
laugh.gif

And Lawson was not being taken at #8 that would have been an extreme reach.

word. If we woulda took ANY one of those picks at 8 Donnie woulda been ran outta town

Mad of yall are so impatient. Youll find out in a few years that Hill was the best pick up at that spot. All the PGs that we liked were gone and instead ofpanicing and going after a dude like Jennings or someone to appease fans for awhile but wont really work out in the long run, we chose Hill. Who i agree is abit of a prospect, but the best overall player at that point in the draft. Who is a shot blocker (which we need), he is aggressive and he runs the floor. Evenif Hill isnt dropping MAJOR #s, i can still definitely see him being a starter and a big time contibutor a few years down the road when we are winning. Ascrappy, long athletic big man, who wont be putting up 25 a night but imo he has a J and could drop a good 15 a night and help out in numerous other areas aswell at the 4/5.

A guy like Jennings, yes could probably come in now and get fans excited running the point for us on a %**$*$ team. But a few years down the road when we startto put together a championship team (hopefully) will yall really want a guy like Brandon Jennings starting at the point? Really? Didnt we just go through thiswith Steph? And as my man allen put it which i liked, BJ got 1/2 of Steph's game but is twice the headcase.

And than Donnie brilliantly gave up nothing to tade into the 29th pick and get a PG like Douglass who i bet he would rather have as much if not than very closeto as much than a guy like Jennings or Lawson, and he came at #29. Douglas is a better defender than both, hes not as fast as a guy like Lawson but he is stillfast but alot bigger/stronger. And he is not as good of a scorer as a guy like Jennings but my man can still score and he is the exact opposite of a headcase,if any prospect fts the term "has his head on straight" Toney Douglas fills that category. Hell be a problem.

Chill out with the J Hill hating forrrreal. Yall wanna go back to Isiah, thats fine with me, but i got faith in Donnie and while hes here im gonna trust whathe does cause he knows how to build a winning team and i respect him for not panicing in the draft.

Jordan Hill is trash, anyone who watched him play in college would not that. He is not fluid at all, looks very uncoordinated. He is just active but you needmore than that in the league.

Any update on darko and his injury? Is he playing tonight? We are so much better when he plays C for us.

didn't jordan hill play baseball till he was like 18? that's never a good look for an NBA player

Nope which is why Donnie should have went after Sessions hard instead of sitting there and thinking of ways to cut salary to get a player whoisn't signing here.

Come on, we're not going to go through this again with Sessions right?

It's a crutch I'll be carrying for the next five years unless we miraculously get a great point guard.

This is what I said before the draft. He's still very much learning how to play basketball.

Ramon sessions is not that good.

bucks didn't want him anymore, nobody wanted him in FA, and now he can't beat out a rookie.

Thank you.

Don't see the big infatuation w/Ramon esp at his asking price. I like him but not that much. Decent jump shot, bad 3 pt %, bad FT % 3 to 1 assist to TOratio is ok but not when it's 6 to 2.

Just admit we didn't need Hill, how much did he score in total in the preseason? Everytime he goes up he gets blocked, he look lost, he shouldn't beshooting past the free throw line
smh.gif

We need a PG, hopefully we get luck and be able to sign, Felton or Rubio somehow next season

Knicks fans are always so quick to call a player a bust. This time last year, the same was said about Gallinari.

Can y'all give the guy a few weeks? I mean, he is a rookie. Not all rookies come out of the gate and look spectacular.

Patience. And if he doesn't pan out, what can we do? Dwelling on what should have happened makes no sense.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Thank god Gilbert is back.

*switches to Wizards game.
