CP3 was deemed relatively safe, minus his size. There was concern with Dame being a mid-major that not many people saw.Does anyone remember if CP3 was considered a “safe pick” when drafted? I’m pretty sure Dame was.

He got the NBA ready label. No real weakness on film. D Will was another one, some preferred him because he was bigger.Does anyone remember if CP3 was considered a “safe pick” when drafted? I’m pretty sure Dame was.

I feel like the "safe" and "ready to contribute" lotto picks end up busting. But that probably has more to do with them being older prospects and specialists.Would be nice to see all the “safe pick” labeled prospects from years past. I think a majority of the lotto guards pan out from that crowd. Randy Foye was one that didnt.
Yea no such thing as “NBA ready” ...I disregard that label for any prospectI feel like the "safe" and "ready to contribute" lotto picks end up busting. But that probably has more to do with them being older prospects and specialists.
Ex: OJ Mayo, Evan Turner, Derrick Williams, Thomas Robinson, Jahlil Okafor, Kris Dunn

David Duke name always sticks out, but yo going to ATL at 9 is even wilderSite been trash for a long time now but I notice this ***** been trying to be different with his mocks recently. Lol at Cade and Mobley going 3 and 4.

...They made that call just for the “prospects”Tillman fading to the background. We have 2 ambitious brothers at the GM/Coach roles. A top pick will be fine here.Jesus, Houston has lost 10 in a row. Don't want any of the top guys going there with that ownership smh. I mean there's bad management and then there's Ferreitta
idk, I'm thinking the owner aint trying to spend anything beyond the minimum. I'm not worried about the management I'm worried about there being a competitive disadvantage coming from the very topTillman fading to the background. That is a concern but Houston is the only competent team in the running right now IMO.idk, I'm thinking the owner aint trying to spend anything beyond the minimum. I'm not worried about the management I'm worried about there being a competitive disadvantage coming from the very top
I mean at least those teams are spending, I just hope we don’t see Cade surrounded by a bunch of shrewd g league and overseas picks ups and wood and that’s itThat is a concern but Houston is the only competent team in the running right now IMO.
Do we really want to see the cavs/wolves/magic/pistons/kings win the lottery? They’re franchises have had enough chances and continue to fail.
Any chance Mobley goes #1?
