MLB has a real TV problem.
4th of July used to be triple-quadruple headers on ESPN/ESPN2, yesterday they didn't have ****
(Same with Memorial and Labor Day)
Today I'm lookin, ESPN and ESPN2 have NBA SUMMER LEAGUE games back to back to back.
MLB Network is great showing a game or two a day, but they gotta do somethin with Fox/FS1/TBS to own those days like other sports.
Gotta showcase Judge, Elly, Oh, Witt, Acuna etc whether anybody is watching or not. Can't just treat it like a Wednesday in April.

NBC reportedly put in an offer to take ESPN's MLB rights, so hopefully they'd broadcast on local NBC and not just Peacock.MLB has a real TV problem.

This is a golden era of sorts with Judge, Ohtani, and so many good young guys. Hell, we got a catcher with 35 homers before all star break! Get games to eyes, 4th of July should be MLB's day with other major leagues on break.
