I believe Sale is about 3-4 healthy seasons away, question is whether he wants to keep playing. As for Cole, if I had to guess now then I'd say he reaches it.
Kershaw getting it at 37, despite all the injuries and time missed is pretty cool. There was a time where it just seemed like it wasn't in the cards for him anymore..

My guess is that there was a huge bet on first pitch strike for bothnof these innings, paired with the fact that he missed by so much, made it look too fishy.
The interesting thing to me is that these are live bets, so I wonder if they are saying he communicated with someone during the game, or he just told someone to bet on the first pitch of x inning.
