Boras conned them. I’m just happy he got them to do it before inevitably the Lerner’s gave in to him.

In that ballpark and with the ball flying these days they definitely could’ve let him walk and gotten a cheaper replacement. Seems like every kid getting called up from the minors these days is hitting 20+ homers. Of course, this is all hindsight, but wasn’t a fan of the deal to begin with.

O’s would be nice if they had at least two starters who could give the bullpen a night off every once in awhile.
