Heard on the radio this morning that the WNBA All-Star MVP trophy was made by Tiffany and Co. and worth “close to” $1K. Doesn’t help.

Dogs out here with bigger trophies :smh:

1,000$ **** would have had to have been silver PLATED. The disrespect continues

I think he’s getting lucky with Utah trades too

Found two desperate teams to fleece. Wolves and Knicks. Both had an irrational love for the two Utah stars and both sucked for so long they are blind for stardom

Call him an opportunist, or whatever you want, but I wouldn't say this is sheer genius from Danny Ainge.

He's like a used car salesman. He'll offer you the lowest quote for your trade-in, but will turn around and sell it for 2x. The Minnesota trade was a little excessive, and in the long run, I can see them being on the downside of fortune and Utah reaping that reward.

I don't think Leon Rose is going to allow himself to get fleeced, nor do I see those picks we'll be sending (most of which don't belong to the NYK) being of any real value. Remember, Tatum and Brown come from lottery picks. He got incredibly fortunate.

4-5 picks make sense, especially considering the Knicks aren't sending back any immediate talent.

Use that pick haul to trade for KD, not for Donovan.

As of right now, the Knicks have the upper hand. No need to rush into this and giving up everything.

This is it, right here.

Why aren't the Knicks offering this sort of haul for KD? If you're sending 5-6 picks for Mithcell, how many would you need to send for KD? Sheesh.

If I'm Leon Rose, I'm going to BK and asking them what they think of the package I offered for Mitchell. **** Danny Ainge, man. The man is pond scum.

THE NETS ARE NOT GIVING US KD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

NEVER.

I know what you're saying, and If I'm an NBA GM--I'm not doing business with another team in my division. But at this point, you have to listen to all offers, no? That's just bad business for the team at that point.

Why would BK want to trade KD into the same conference? That equally makes no sense. BTW, IF the Knicks do land Mitchell, that pretty much kills the Suns' chances of picking up KD, because they needed the Pacers AND Jazz in a trade to make it work.

KD would probably just stay in Brooklyn. Sounds like he only wants to go to a team in contention.

They would be stupid not to run it back TBH, legacy wise and for their best chance to make a run.
They would run it back easily if this was a normal team but I bet they've got PTSD from last seasons circus :lol

No assurances that Myrie won't be a part-time player and KD's the one who asked for a trade so it's hard to judge how they'd even look on the floor if he's already checked himself out mentally from that situation
