Baalke doesn't want Leftwich, he wants Matt Eberflus or Bill O'Brien.

Both Hackett & Leftwich prefer the Jags not to not retain Baalke, which also most other candidates voiced the same.

Ultimately Khan is going to HAVE to fire Baalke in order to get a candidate he would like.

Hackett was never a serious candidate. His agent and he played a local newspaper reporter (who he was close with when he was the Jags OC in 201, into reporting that he was still in interest with the Jags, so the Broncos would close the deal.
