At least they played more than one whole season at quarterback in college. This dude was a receiver and got drafted so high because of his college ties, but for him to be there 7 whole seasons with different regimes baffles me

Caldwell’s job was extended by 2 seasons and saved from a midesason firing, by Jim Bob Cooter. Caldwell inherited a talented but undisciplined team from Jim Schwartz, just like he did in Indy from Tony Dungy.
Caldwell is basically the black Jon Gruden.
