I eat pretty clean. Just can't cut carbs out . Corn tortillas , brown rice and wheat bread my downfall.
My size and weight has fluctuated since I’ve been in college. Which is to be expected to a degree.
Heaviest I’ve been was 200, that was me lifting heavy, no cardio and eating whatever I wanted for a semester and a half.
I started cutting when I was at 180, I weighed myself last week and I’m down to 165. It’s not really about the weight but more so trimming down the fat.
I eat clean everyday. Only issue I have is snacking on chocolate covered nuts and eating rice cakes n ****. I hardly eat bad carbs like bread, I’ll prep salmon for the week, eat that with a medley of veggies and fruits for lunch and dinner. For breakfast I’ll eat oats with fruit with a handful of spinach
