to me, it depended on the circumstances...

which i dont think have happened, as yet.. but he clearly needed a good OC or coach that was willing to work with his skill set and put certain types of players around him

new OC almost every year, not sure any QB has been good under those circumstances
 
I mean being a vocal energy. Mariota doesn’t seem like a vocal leader or someone that can rally the troops.
