Team Reddits are what I visit a lot.. since there isn't really an active Vikings/Timberwolves thread on here.. there's plenty people on reddit to discuss those teams with :hat

Exactly I do the same with the Chiefs and Royals. Thunder sub kinda died down lately though :{

ill go in every once in a while for team news or to see a cool picture or something but tbh i cant deal with discussing my teams with its fans in the masses. So much irrational **** and overreactions get thrown around it drives me insane. Same reason I absolutely will not mess with local sports talk radio and the fans that call into it. Listening to that makes Skip and SAS look like scholars, doesnt matter what city you're in.

How long until the NFL allows corporate sponsors on jerseys like the NBA?

It's already done in training camp...

This is relative...

Here in South Florida we have two local sports radio stations.

One is 790 AM, home of Dan Le Batard and Stugotz. 790's sports radio guys are pretty solid across the board.

Then you have 560 AM, home of Omar Kelly. I try to stay away from 560 :lol

Luckily we have one show here that isn't to Homerun that I listen to on the way to work. We have two stations here 710 ESPN which I avoid and KJR 950

This.

I used to listen to the local (OKC) station when I found out about it, just because it was sports radio. Now my KC station has an app so I can listen to something besides Sooners and Dallas Cowboys 24/7

What the heck is eSports? I see you can play on DK

Picture a bunch of Chesters and shatterknees sitting around and playing each other in video games, except this is actually televised and there are big cash prizes.

When the Knicks traded for Rose I commented on r/knicks saying it wasn't a good move for the long or short term & got downvoted like 80 something times.

One guy actually reported me to the moderator of the sub & asked for me to be banned :lol :lol

yeah. I don't like the downvote system for reddit. Makes it like a popularity contest.

The knicks fans I know IRL are super homers
Complete opposite of NT knicks fans
Same, type of dudes that would tell me that we "didn't want to see the Knicks in the playoffs b" back when we had LeBron, Wade, and Bosh

I'd just be like:
Reminds me of my uncle who's a Knicks fan from New York.

back during the decision he was all "Lebron coming to New York why wouldn't he want to be we the KNICKS Lebron is great the Knicks are great perfect match"

*Lebron goes to Miami"

"We never wanted Lebron anyway hes not even that good let him go we dont need him"

*me the whole time as well*

Knicks would've beat Miami in 2012-13 if it wasn't for Roy ******* Hibbert
