Beast Mode should get in for being the people's champ

He has the "you had to be there" thing holding him back though. Idk how long his career holds up, especially pre- Seahawks

Marshawn is 8th all time in playoff yards and 7th all time in playoff TD's.

And he'd be 6th if Pete ran the damn ball

TD was great but it was too short and what else kills it is that they replaced him with no names afterwards and they were rushing for 1200-1500 yards with ease.

Chester, you might be more of a nut job than Kurt's masculine wife. Kurt was great but it was real short AND he wasn't as good once he had to play outside. We see QBs put up video game numbers in domes and that **** is wack.

But I agree, if you put one in, you have to put both of them in. No homo

Marshawn comes up just short for me. Won't be mad if he gets in though.

I feel like when it comes to the HOF, if you have to think about it, it's a no. Should be a no brainer. People act like you can't be great and still fall short of the HOF.

Exactly. If you think a 2x NFL MVP that won a Super Bowl and holds all kinds of records shouldn't be in the HoF, you might eat paste.

Or be a butthurt Giants fan from when Kurt was there.

But I won't judge.

I'm not hurt from when he was a Giant but I do think he was a different QB when he played out of the dome. Great QB but career was too short. Not a HOFer in my book.

if Eli gets in, it proves you just need to start for more than 10 years and you'll accumulate enough stats to get in. doesn't matter if it's INTs or TDs

2 rings don't mean anything?

1 against one of the best NFL teams ever, with a game winning drive?

And we can't just ignore kurt's career from 02-06. He was trash

Eli getting in for two rings and because he will finish top 5 in mad stats and his consecutive streak is crazy. Take away his rings, he wouldn't get in based off of those stats.

Kurt Warner's career > Eli Manning's career

bu bu but Eli has two rings!

C'mon man.

Rings are everything to a QB.

If the falcons won last Sunday we'd be having a discussion on whether Matt Ryan is a 1st ballot HOFer.

Rings definitely are a PART of the equation. but a mediocre *** career should factor HEAVILY. body of work.

i dunno. there's no doubt Eli gets in. should he be in? maybe. first ballot? only if the class is trash when he's up for it.

as for Matt Ryan, i dunno about first ballot. but it he'd be in the discussion for HOF for sure assuming he continues to deliver

Matt Ryan is probably already a HOFer after winning the MVP and getting to a SB this year

no 1st ballot yet though

Before Odell, I would agree with you guys, stats alone Eli wouldn't be in.

Since drafting Odell Eli has thrown for 12,869 yards, 91 TD's and 44 INT's. Much better TD to INT ratio, while posting career numbers in 2015.

And if we wanna get real, terry Bradshaw shouldn't be in the hall. His numbers are trash. He's clearly in because of the defenses the steelers had, and him having 4 rings.

Troy aikman? Dink n dunk game manager. Never threw for more than 20 TD's in a season. Clearly in the hall cause of his team success and the fact he has rings.

Now why can't Eli get in as a 1st ballot? he's most likely going to finish top 5 in yards and TD's. That doesn't mean anything to y'all.. plus the 2 rings?
