why would the nba like bron more than mj? the fans don't.
Cause Bron has done "more" for the NBA in terms of $$$ he changed the NBA.
Stern had MJ
Silver has LeBron

Any of y'all ever wonder why MJ don't mess with
Bron?

bron hasnt done more for the NBA..

bron just happens to be a current product that could be sold by the entity

Refs call a clean game, its the warriors game to lose. It's that simple. Warriors will remain disciplined and not double, so no open corner shooters this time. No more wide open 3s. Their defense looked like the hawks last night. But it was because they couldn't be physical without getting in foul trouble. Hell, if they want to let kyrie and bron force another 40 each, go for it, just dont let lobe and jr get wide open looks. Don't forget what got you here. Stay tight and disciplined, go home with the trophy.

I think something that's being glossed over is that it's really just demoralizing when your opponent attempts 20+ free throws in the first quarter. The Cavs were shooting lights out from deep from the start, yet still managed a lot of free throws. Curry, Klay, Iggy and Draymond all racked up two fouls in the first quarter. That's absurd for a Finals game. You can't even play defense anymore.

Officiating certainly didn't decide the game, the Cavs hitting 24 threes did, but that first quarter set the tone, and the Warriors just couldn't overcome it because they weren't able to be aggressive.

and the best part about all of that is the dubs STILL managed to keep the game pretty close. they got it within 10 like 2-3 times. but each time, they make a crazy phantom call to mess up the tempo. While teams definitely have to make their shots, refs absolutely can decide the game in favor of another by giving them fail safe advantages.

lmaooo at Bron doing more or ever being bigger than mike. yalls be too wreckless with the reaching lol. bron big but he aint like that. To keep it reach, he not even big as kobe. And yall see how quick curry caught up in both jersey and shoe sales.

Funniest thing is none of these dudes really as global as the nba wants you to believe. Except maybe over in asia.

I was all through Europe and africa, Bruh I can't even stress how many people have never heard of a lebron james or a kobe. They care about soccer and rugby. these dudes american stars.

Mike was global doh. Like Michael Jackson.

You're reaching too Freeze.
The whole World knows Lebron and NBA.

I know you'd like to believe that. That is not factual. I was there fam. The NBA has no market shares. It has nothing on futbol and rugby in Europe and Africa. They simply don't care. And they don't show it on tv. I was there. I'm not putting down Bron. they dont know kobe or Curry or any of them. The Nike stores don't carry any hoop apparel at all. None. No kicks, hoop shorts, nothing. You won't find a lebron or curry jersey. You will find Messi And Cristiano. They knew Mike and Shaq though. I did see a Lakers hoodie in an adidas store though. that was lit.

I'm not saying it's bigger than Futbol.

They know Lebron though.

You must've asked the Pope.

Went to a few different spots in Europe 2 years ago. Nobody cares much about basketball there. You have basketball fans and NBA fans obviously like every other country, but nobody since MJ has come remotely close in terms of global reach. MJ had people all the way down in New Zealand knowing who he was back in the 80s/90s. There are still a ton of people (non-basketball fans) who have no idea who/what LeBron James is

Curry been having the number 1 selling jersey in the US last couple of years! He also had number 2 selling jersey overseas.....MJ still 3rd and Lebron is 4th.

Michael Yuan
Two-time MVP Stephen Curry -- No. 1 in the latest release of NBA jersey sales -- had the second-best-selling jersey in China during the 2015-16 season, trailing Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant during his retirement tour.

Another retired superstar, Michael Jordan, rounded out the top three in the country, one of the NBA's biggest global markets.

The numbers were derived by sales from September 2015 to October 2016, based on data from NBAStore.cn and other online flagship stores in the country, according to NBA China.

Top 15 Jersey Sales
RANK CHINA* NBASTORE.COM**
1 Kobe Bryant Stephen Curry
2 Stephen Curry LeBron James
3 Michael Jordan Kevin Durant
4 LeBron James Kyrie Irving
5 Allen Iverson R. Westbrook
6 Tim Duncan Dwyane Wade
7 R. Westbrook K. Porzingis
8 James Harden Kawhi Leonard
9 Kevin Durant Jimmy Butler
10 Kyrie Irving Derrick Rose
11 Chris Paul Klay Thompson
12 Tracy McGrady James Harden
13 Dwyane Wade Damian Lillard
14 Klay Thompson G. Antetokounmpo
15 C. Anthony C. Anthony
* September 2015 to October 2016
** October to December 2016
While current stars tend to fill the NBAStore.com rankings, former NBA greats still carry significant weight in China. Bryant's No. 1 ranking does not come as much surprise given his immense popularity in the country and the ceremony surrounding his final season with the Lakers, who finished No. 1 in team merchandise.

Hall of Famer Allen Iverson (No. 5) and now-retired Tim Duncan (No. 6) also were in the top 15, along with 2017 Hall of Fame nominee Tracy McGrady (No. 12).

Established stars on popular teams made up the rest of the list, led by LeBron James (No. 4), Russell Westbrook (No. 7), James Harden (No. 8) and Kevin Durant (No. 9). Recent champions Kyrie Irving (No. 10) and Klay Thompson (No. 14) also cracked the top 15.

While younger stars like Kawhi Leonard, Jimmy Butler, Damian Lillard, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kristaps Porzingis already have some of the best-selling jerseys in the United States, their popularity hasn't caught on as quickly in China.

The Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers and Chicago Bulls joined the Lakers in the top four for team merchandise in China, making up the same top four as on NBAStore.com -- though in a different order.

I just read online that Curry is on pace to surpass LeBron in terms of endorsements.

He's getting $50 Million worth of endorsements. While LeBron is at $55 Million.

That might change after these finals.

I'll probably ask this again later today, but if the first round back in 2001 was best of 7, is there any reason to doubt Lakers still sweep?

Wish the game was tomorrow. Setting it up to have Game 7 on a Sunday, but it probably won't even get there.
