Umpires trying to put there imprint on games he should have a perfect game and Pierzynski shouldn't have been tossed.

I feel sorry for the Cy Young voters in both leagues this year

Agree with both statements 100 percent.I think with the Felix win a few years back, they're realizing W/L is irrelevant but if he goes say 22/23-1 it'll be hard to beat.
If Kershaw keeps it up, he might get MVP too.
Kershaw will win cause he is the incumbent, whether that is right or wrong lol
Poor word choice on my part lol I just meant he's been around longer than Harvey.Should've been the incumbent, they gave the award to RA Dickey though despite Kershaw being better in every category except wins.
Should be Hernandez, but if Sherzer reaches the magic number, aka 20 wins, they will give him the award.
You just answered you're own question. It's why people say W/L record shouldn't be a factor because it isn't up to the pitcher if the team wins or loses.
Sherzer gets 6.17 average run support per game, tops in MLB. Chris Sale gets the worst at 2.57, Kershaw is at 3.32.
Interesting stat, Kershaw is 49-0 in his career when he gets 4+ runs, think about that.
