I dont think Melo is struggling with the triangle. These are the same shots he's been taking his whole career. He's just missing them.
it's not about taking the "same" shots. It's more about movement on the floor and being comfortable at the same time. There is a reason his shot hasn't been falling. He's taking way too many tough shots out there, when the system is supposed to give him opportunities to take easier ones. The whole team seems to exclusively take tough shots. This is basically 2012-2013 all over again. The only difference is that we were taking 3's and every one had a green light to shoot back then
I said this months ago, and some of you guys almost excommunicated me for being so "pessimistic" and "attention seeking". The Knicks look like a 32-36 win team. It would take a miracle for us to suddenly "figure out" the system and win 42-48 games as some were projecting.
