Why is Randy Shannon just a linebackers coach? Been looking into everything about him after seeing some of the 30 for 30 stuff.

Based on the improvement made over the time he was there in record, only one arrest during his time as coach, how he didn't have anything to do with Nevin Sharpiro according to every single person you ask, etc.

I mean you would think he would have slid into a defensive coordinator position at the least.
