We have hired 3 terrible coaches in a row. That's it a nutshell. We had those problems when we're winning championships too. We get even a average coach in here and he can fall into 9 wins easily in the ****** ACC.

I understand and agree. What I am trying to say that is I don't want a coach to come in and stay for merely 5 years and then bounce when a better paying job comes along at another school. Obviously I understand if the NFL calls. I want a solid coach that wants to stay around for a while and that the school is giving it every opportunity to succeed. Money wise, facilities wise, etc. That is what I want to get at. We always average a coach for a few years. I want Miami to get to the point where it is a place to stay and not a stepping stone.
