There's aspects I would take MJ on offense over Kobe, and certain aspects I'd take Kobe over MJ.

Just how I view it

Can't believe people having the Jordan Kobe debate again. Smh. I thought this died in the 00s.

kobe has been so successful that haters need to use an espn article to feel good about themselves

I think Kobe is probably realistically somewhere outside the top 10 all time.

I dont know about Lebron being number 3 though.

how is kawhi going to be the GSFOAT when he's going to retire with one less ring than lebron?

lmaoooo...espn is your source. bruh. espn is the foxnews of sports.

Well ****, MY source is Slam magazine and Dime. They have kobe #1-5.

I would disagree with this for one reason....

He's clearly one of the greatest of all time... We all agree on that. Well with the exception of a couple people.

When you look at how long he played like a great of all time... He did it for longer than some of those guys careers lasted.

At age 34, he was playing as well as he did at 22.

That's god damn impressive. There was clearly a lot left in that tank, and was immediately cut off.

There's a few guys ahead of him on that list who get credit for things that certain people discredit Kobe for... Or who simply were great in their own right, but didn't / couldn't do it as long as Kobe did.

But we're also talking about a publication that throws **** together on a whim. And doing a lot of circular arguments.. When all these guys are solidified as the greatest players to ever live

Lebron isn't even top 10.
You don't become a top 10 player by failing consistently no matter how many all stars are on your team.
Kobe 2nd greatest SG all time.

Yes Kobe career has longevity but theres others I think who had better careers because of stronger peaks, more dominance for their team, being undisputed greatest of their era or a combination of all of the above.

how are we gonna compare kobe to MJ when kobe was never hands down the best player in ANY year he was in the league? because he can make tough fadeaways? FOH b

i love duncan, i hope he gets a going away tour...his game is just so damn boring his highlight reel will consist entirely of that heave over shaq in 2003. Imagine every stadium showing that exact play.

....forgetting the fact 0.4 happened right after :smokin
