I would go as far as to say Dan Gilbert was mad at "The Decision". It was the fact the whole Cavs org, from the owner to the janitors, had to watch a hour long special on ESPN to find out where their star player was going, just to be burned. LeBron could have told them the day before in a sit down meeting.

Yes he did do cleveland dirty, i have no problem with the decision but he didn't notify team staff, cleveland just put up the poster and then to put the icing on the cake he does it on national television. I think that is doing a city dirty.

I wonder if all the people who say Lebron did the Cavs dirty say the same when a team trades a player without notifying them. Having them come into the locker room before a game knowing they won't play and have to fly to another city and clean their stuff out. Cause I usually hear "It's just business"
