Wow! The Lala slander on this thread is crazy. Lala hosted on of the largest broadcasted radio show in the Southeast US with Ludacris before he was big. In addition, she was working for MTV before she even MET Melo. TBH Lala actually pulls a lot of endorsement deals for Melo, because of her entertainment connects and family image. She's honestly why Melo is a household name, in non-sports watching families.

She's a bird that was making $24,000 per year being an VJ. She sniped a naive and dumb teenage lottery pick that turned into $200,000,000 ball player.

Lala that you?
No, but I think it's weak that people blame players wives for them leaving their favorite team. Especially the ones that where there before the fame or already had fame. And even if they did have a large influence on the guy's decision, these players are husbands before basketball players, if they value their wives or families opinions or desires, more power to them.

The VJ postionn for TRL, one of the most watched shows in the 1990s and 2000s, only pays $24,000...... OH OK

Before the fame? Lol. He had just won the tourney and was guaranteed to go top 3. He met the bird on TRL. Was it random ***** day? No he was on because he was the biggest college athlete at that moment and was a lock to come into tens of millions of dollars. If TRL is such a stepping stone tell me what the rest of her cohorts are up to? Outside of Carson daly those chicks are struggle city. Be real. Melo was her come up. Period.

Get your facts straight rookie. He approached Lala, after he saw her on TV. He even lied and said he was 21 when he was 19 to talk to her. He actually tracked her down through mutual friends to get her number.

Nice try, Lala.

Unless you're a Heat fan everyone should be rooting for Lebron back to Cleveland. It would be one of the most interesting that's to have ever happened in sports. It's what makes sports the best, unscripted drama at its best.

what kind of logic is this?

I think it would be good for his legacy and cavs fans. Not anywhere near the most interesting things in sports :lol
