That Portland team was young. Roy and Aldridge put the team on their backs. Scola, Brooks, Artest, and Yao were all putting up 16 a game. McGrady was balling against the Jazz the previous year, but he didn't have the same team behind him. Don't know Mister Friendly is trying to prove at this point with these stats

I'm not gonna say McGrady > Kobe in their PRIME in the early 2000's.

But I will say............. McGrady > <kobe. it was close as hell. McGrady had the scoring ability as well. Injuries killed his career.

Sort of like Rose will be mentioned next to Russ 10 years from now.

Who is best SG though? SG position is weak in the NBA.

At SG, Harden is the best and C, there's only Cousins that is arguably as great as Howard

2 great guys when 5 guys play at a time can make a difference

Rockets will make the playoffs, but they will be a low seed. Them and the Lakers will be fighting over that 7/8 spot.
If Lakers add a real BigMan though...

I actually feel sorry for the Clippers though. Them dudes are going to be locked up all year, because Sterling isn't dying anytime soon, and that's the only way he's walking away.
