2013 College Football Thread (Realer than Real Deal Holyfield -->S/O Craftsy)

What you mean know my role? You sound like a broad. Am I supposed to think we're going to lose? We were supposed to lose against West Virginia in 2011 (who thumped y'all btw) and Louisville in 2012 and won both games decisively. So excuse me if I had a glimmer of hope going into last Saturday's game. The line didn't reflect how poorly they played.

@USC_Athletics: USC has been alerted individuals posing as USC reps made overtures to coaches regarding head football coaching position
:rollin :lol you're kidding me

In one instance, a person falsely identifying himself as a high-ranking member of the USC athletic department attempted to make contact several times with the Denver Broncos' coaching staff to discuss the Trojan job. That person has been identified by USC and appropriate action is being taken.

In another, someone claiming to represent USC reached out to a contact of former NFL head coach and current NBC broadcaster Tony Dungy, who said on today's Dan Patrick Show that he had no interest in the Trojan job. That person, again not a representative of USC, also has been identified and USC is in the process of contacting that individual.

:lol Cuse/Clemson beef

Neutral field would Ohio Stye be favored against any team in the top 5?

Could the Big Ten's perception hurt them in the end of the year? I know still way early considering how many team could be undefeated at the end of the year it could play a big role.

On a neutral field Bama, Oregon, Stanford, FSU, Clemson, TAMU, LSU would beat them easily.
Florida could beat them if offense wasn't such a ? UGA could have beat them if they didn't lose all their receivers.
Louisville, Oklahoma, UCLA, and Baylor would be a toss up.

That Buckeye disrespect. Now Ohio State is the 20th best team in the country.

Listen, SOS is weak. No denying that. But some credit has to be given to Urban and the Buckeyes during this monstrous win streak.

Every premier program faces trap games across the board. You want to beat the best, the elite title Ohio State has earned in its place among CFB's finest programs.

Eh, more like your school's position as the bottom of the conference in football but at or near the top in basketball while Clemson's is just the opposite. You won't hear Clemson talking **** before we play you in basketball then resort to, "Wait til football season!"

If anything what I said was directed at the players who were talking **** in the press. Talking about how Clemson won't be prepared for the heat of the Carrier Dome? Like Clemson isn't in South Carolina and doesn't play/practice in 95+ all summer. :lol

But yeah, you were supposed to think you were going to lose.

Cardo what are UGA plans at WR?

shidddd we're without 4 of our top 5 WR's so the plan better be to use the TE's more.

At WR we're starting Chris Conley and Rhett McGowan (walk-on). We still have Wooten (5th Yr Sr), Reggie Davis and a couple more guys tho that can get it done.

I have Lache Seastrunk as the top RB behind Gurley.

After seeing OSU get thumped by Florida and LSU in title games, I sincerely hope they aren't in this years game. They remind me of ND. They get the love in the polls, get in a big bowl and get snapped up

Different year different team. Arguably better coach too and better QB than those previous years.

Jake Ryan has been cleared to play, it's just up to Hoke when to play him. Maybe try to get him some spot action against PSU and Indiana, then they have a bye week before MSU when they could increase how much he plays. Idk, he seems to have recovered incredibly quick from his injury, I'd hate to see him get rushed out and hurt himself again.

Im no psychic, but I see Oklahoma rolling Texas again this year. Longhorns have been trash all season.

wow, way to go out on a limb with that pick. :{:{:{

after this game, there should be no reason for people still defending WB. 4 wins in this game since 2000. after ou wins, their coaching staff should carry WB off the field,on their shoulders.
