The MVP

I think Indy can maintain this and make the series competitive. If they won due to PG going off and having a huge game I'd say that it was a fluke, but they just dismantled the Heat and were the better team top to bottom. That scoring balance though. :smokin

While i'm not confident they can maintain the shooting percentage, it surely wasn't as flukey as Chris Pauls hot shooting game 1 vs OKC

Mike miller never really made differences in the playoffs other then the finals and a few other times. Its always been different shooters different games missing mike miller had nothing to do with today's game bosh was missing wide open 3s that he's been hitting and we gave them way to many free throws.
What? Son Mike Miller hit big 3s in each of Miami's run stop the nonsense. My point is Miami is deadly because of the 3 ball which in turn gives LeBron ample space to operate. If they don't knock down those 3s, Indiana can just pack the paint. On top of that Miami is old and really unathletic outside of LeBron and Wade. They can't run people of their shots like they used to which is why Indiana got any shot they wanted uncontested.

Chalmers, Ray, & Lebron got sauteed on defense that was the difference in the game.

The **** is wrong the thread

Heat are 1-7 in Indy the last 2 seasons since we just throwing out stupid stats.

Can't even begin to let the hate flow until the Pacers are up 2-0, today's game is worthless if Bron gets the split.

They try that back n forth with the this team and they have no shot because the Heat find ways to steal games.

The Heat's two big offseason acquisitions still get no tick. :{

Game 2 is pivotal and for some reason I can see Miami thinking they can skate as long as they keep it close till the end. I don't like that. They need to bring one of their signature closeout performances and jump on them quick and keep the defensive intensity up the whole game.

Rio, Cole, Udonis etc. will play better at home. Miami has to get Tuesday's game or its gon get ugly.

Indy has been pretty good in close games these playoffs, it's when they've inexplicably not shown up and get obliterated is when the doubt comes in for me. They've also got off to horrible starts at almost every game sans today, I think they'll be fine. Just have to keep moving that ball.

Bosh has been avg 11 and 5 against the Pacers the last two years, it's a bad matchup for him.

True but a close game against the heat is different than a close game vs an avg team , because Bron gets any call or non call he wants. wade is always lurking for a dump off cut to the basket or a ridiculous and one, and lets not forget Jesus is always a loose ball away from a life changing 3 pointer.

I hate the Heat but if it goes seven i think they'll take it, the Pacers gotta cut their heads off before it gets that far.

This Miami team is not the same as the one that won 2 straight championships.

been saying this but no one listens. they are still the best team in the east but they arent that good anymore

the fact that some people said they would destroy the spurs if they met in the finals again LULZ

Fam...Pacers could be up 3-0 and I still wouldn't feel comfortable. All Miami does is turn up after a loss and make adjustments.

Hibbert will eventually get pushed out the paint and they'll do a better job of fronting so it's gonna be up to the Pacers to punch back. Which is a tough job for frontrunners.
