Magnet changing defense, money from the foul line, and a great elbow jumper is meh?

Ibaka taketh away, someone giveth.

Those things will be gone/replaced.  He will be missed, I don't think it changes this series one bit....Okc gains a lot with his unfortunate demise.

They were going to lose to the Heat with him anyway.

Spurs, meh..no biggie

I missed out on the Doc Rivers/MDA thing, but man.

Why do people go to the extreme with those two? Depending on who you ask...Doc is either underrated or highly overrated. With D'Antoni it's even worse, he should get slandered but not to the degree that it happens.

OKB was on point on both of them.

Gonna be awesome to see Adams and westbrook rustle tony's and timmy's jimmies

It wouldn't surprise me if the clips tested the market for cp3. Honestly think he's a bad influence on blake

In the 148 minutes the OKC shot-blocking terror has been on the floor against the Spurs this season, San Antonio managed to shoot a putrid 42.3 percent from the floor with a true-shooting mark of 49.3, nearly 8 percent worse than its regular-season average. Near the rim, where Ibaka’s presence is most noticeable, the splits are even more dramatic. The Spurs shot 48 percent at the rim when he was on the floor during the teams’ four games against one another; when he was off, that number ballooned to 61.9 percent.

And get this: San Antonio managed only 93 points per 100 possessions in Ibaka’s shadow this season, compared to a staggering 120.8 offensive-efficiency rating when his butt was on the bench. This news isn’t Durant- or Westbrook-level devastating for Oklahoma City, but it’s damn close. He’s been so incredibly important for that team against the Spurs this season, and his absence will greatly swing the forecast on this series.

meh :rolleyes

And I think you fail to realize that what ibaka was doing CANNOT be replicated by anyone else on the team.

With Ibaka out it's gonna be real hard for OKC now. They better hope Tony Parker stays hurt or it's gonna be bad news quick.

Doesn't matter is the point. They will beat Spurs with or without him.

Probably better to see the Heat without him because it forces Brooks hand in the lineup/minute changes. Heat will see a different team, not that bad of a thing IMO

I'd trade Reggie as the third option scorer for Ibaka all day.

Only because I've seen Adams destroy shots around the rim in his play.

Bye SPURS. Get that boat ready

I don't know if you know this, but brooks isn't the most creative guy.. He's just going to insert collison in the starting lineup and give Perkins more mins

He won't give pj3 a shot.. Go with him and Durant as the forwards with say whatever big is being effective against Duncan or splitter

Adams played well in his limited mins in game 1 of the memphis series.. A guy who started 20+ games for the team during the regular season when perk was out.. And brooks barely plays him games 2-5 of that series

Pj3 has started games for the team and could be a good option for the team with ibaka out.. And if by some miracle we get past the spurs, could possibly be huge in a matchup against Miami.. However, I doubt brooks plays him unless we are up 20 with a minute and change left
