Word, replace Westbrook with Rubio on this team so KD can go 1 on 5 instead of 2 on 5 offensively. Plus Rubio has such an established record of late game and playoff success!

Not a bad idea , but rw cant even play sg , since he wants the ball in his hands to control...Besides IMO the problem is that he is always trying to prove to everyone that he is equal to kd...Not his position...
When he was on a triple double streak this year hunting down assists and organising the game , okc looked unbeatable.
And to conclude , its not a talent problem that diminishes his game.Its a mindset thing.
At least accordin to my opinion that is.

They don't need rw pushing the ball, full speed and pulling up for a contested pull up 3 pointer with 19 seconds on the clock. How many people touch the ball before they take a shot. I seen a max of 2 passes before a shot in the half court for okc

Plus Perkins can't catch the ball cleanly if they do pass it to him

Don't have time to go into how garbage the East was, but whatever I'll let yall cook.
Bron and KD's careers mirror each other eerily up to this point.
Bron goes to the Finals in his 4th year, gets swept by a better team.
KD goes to the Finals in his 5th year, gets gentlemen's swept by a better team.
Bron wins his 1st MVP in his 6th year.
KD about to win his 1st MVP in his 7th year.
Bron forms superteam in his 9th year doesn't win a title til his 10th.
KD can leave to form his own superteam in his 9th year

Would be even worse, think they only have two scoring options now..bringing in can't shoot Rondo is not an improvement. Even more limited offensively. Brooks just needs to stop playing Perkins/Thabo/Ibaka at the same time, it's such a disadvantage and puts too much pressure on KD and Russ to do everything.
