I hate that pic. Melo was gonna foul Dirk if he didn't pull back because he was playing so tight on him and reaching in. The photo makes it seem like he wasn't playing any defense.
 
Lol, no matter who plays OKC the other team always has a chance. That's why they aren't a great team. They're good, but not great
 
Can someone explain to me why the knicks choose to sign odom on the last day? Why not just sign him next season?

Something about they can work him out from now til FA and see if he has anything left in the tank, if not they'll release him when FA starts.
 
This would be a monumental W for Memphis. They gotta avoid the Spurs at all costs. And if DET can hold on then Memphis may draw the Clippers, and they've beaten them both times when Gasol has played.

He's under contract with them until July 1st, and they can negotiate an extension (I believe) while nobody else can touch him. Until then, he can work out at their facilities in the off season. It's basically to lock him up and see if they want to have him for next year.

Phil will spend the summer seeing if he can shape him up maybe? He had him in LA, maybe he wants to Zin him back to life eh
