Can we all agree that nobody in the West will stop OKC from getting to the Finals unless they have injuries?

For a while i though the Spurs might do it, but i'm really not seeing it happening anymore
Can't say that. I think the Spurs could do it. If Blake/Paul stay near full health they could do it.

Thunder go for extremely long stretches of the game not playing Defense and allowing the game become a shootout.

making teammates better is the most overrated narrative in basketball
I don't think it's overrated tbh. What's so overrated about it?
no such thing as making teammates better. sure some guys can get teammates open looks (kobe did this a lot in the triangle and with shaq) but the player still needs to be good enough to make the shot. working with teammates in practice and teaching younger players about the game is making your teammates better, not whatever happens on the floor

everyone at the start of the season was talking about how great cp3 was because he was making dj and blake better, but he gets hurt and dj stays the same while blake plays out of his mind. cp3 doesnt make anyone better, blake and dj working hard on their game in the offseason and during practice is what makes them better.

people just like to throw around "makes his teammates better" because everyone seems to love pass first players, a big reason why no one ever blames pgs for lack of playoff success (nash, cp3, kidd, ect..). "oh nash/cp3 is out there doing all the work making his teammates better, he just needs better teammates to win!" while if you are a scorer its "melo sucks he cant do it with any team, kobe needed the greatest teammates ever because how else can he win without making teammates better? lebron needs soooo much help to finally win"

in reality top tier scorers "kobe, melo, tmac, iverson" have around the same playoff success as top tier passers "nash, cp3, bron, kidd" (put bron in there to balance out kobe). the whole this guy is a pass first superstar so hes better than this "selfish" player thing is a myth.

i dont even want melo anywhere close to the lakers but i would take him as my teams best player over any PG in the league

keep reading my friend:
Thunder really about to lose to the Pelicans who were without their top 7 scorers and then even lost Austin Rivers. KD only been to the line 2 trips, Tyreke Evans career high 37, Brooks won't play the young dudes at all and sitting them extra quick for no reason (Adams saw his first action in the 4th, picked up a foul, benched since), Roberson gave you 6 pts in 6 minutes, a steal, a block, 3 boards, 2 dunks, and then got benched. No idea what Brooks is doing right now

Still could forfeit the #2 seed
Westbrook isn't playing tonight so i don't care what the Pelicans are doing

And Spurs are the only team capable of beating them in a 7 game series

Spurs haven't beaten us in the last 8 tries though. That old *** is getting run out the building. Sorry. I'm more scared of the lower seeds.

And yes no Westbrook, but the Hornets didn't have anybody. They literally called up Melvin Ely from his back yard while he was barbequing and put him on a plane. Everybody except for Ibaka, Roberson, and Butler out there sleepwalking. I have no idea what Brooks is doing with the rotation or why he thought Fisher could guard Evans. Most interesting thing a Thunder player did tonight was that fake tweet I made for Collison

About 44 minutes for KD on a back to back after playing 42 last night, for the young boys, only 6 for Andre Roberson, DNP-Brooks for Perry Jones, 2 minutes for Steven Adams. Too many for Fisher, Perkins, Butler, and Sef.

Spurs can't run a full 7 games with the Thunder, they lose.

Clippers can and Thunder has a habit of letting this happen (tonight for example) Became a shooting contest, with little or no Defense

Most unacceptable loss of the season.

Fire this ******* coach, man.

Brooks gone brooks.. Don't forget this is the guy whose secret weapon against harden is fish

2 games left.. We just need to win 1.. We're playing the pelicans and pistons.. Ibaka and Durant play 40 plus.. Pj3 gets a DNP.. Randomly decides to give lamb 12 mins.. Roberson only gets 6 mins, after using him as the starter when thabo was out

Adams gets 2 mins

Fisher gets 29.. Butler 27 (granted I get butler since he was playing so well)

Even if Phoenix makes the playoffs, they are not ready. They are missing another piece.

Thunder looking ahead to the playoffs, yall overreacting

They haven't yet locked up their seeding, would have loved a win tonight then you can rest KD and them Wednesday. Now we have to play that game for real to hold onto the 2 seed. Fisher played more minutes than Perry Jones, Jeremy Lamb, Steven Adams, and Andre Roberson combined, on a back to back with travel game. #Brooks

Too bad, NO has no more games against the Kings just when he started playing better. Want to see him drop 40+ on the Kings just because
Wasn't the Kings fault that New Orleans offered such a ridiculous price for him. They wanted to keep him, but come on paying him 48 mil for 4 years would not be a good move for the Kings

Yeah, I know, he was vastly overpaid. I just like to see players balling out on their former teams.
