We going to give OKC a HELL of a fightSo uhh, I'm pretty sure 2-7 is locked up in the West.
Exactly what I wanted if we were going to stick in 7-8 seed.
We going to give OKC a HELL of a fight.
I doubt the Suns will upset the Spurs, but this Grizzlies team is not upsetting the Spurs.
No way, no how.
I would say worth nothing. OKC didn't have Westbrook in one of those games.Mavs beat the thunder twice in the last month fwiw.
Just curious, going with this train of thought how can people say that OKC has SA's number when none of our big 3 played them collectively through out the season, (may be wrong on that)? The last game we played them in we pretty much worked them the first half going up as much as 15. Second half Pop pretty much let off the gas and let the reserves get their shine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Dallas upset in the first round against anyone though.
Some of you guys are quick to pencil teams in when in the west it'll be pretty interesting round by round.
Man, I haven't read too many posts saying OKC has the Spurs' number.

A theory, but i think pop wanted to experiment in the first half to see if something worked. Once he saw that it did, he nixed it in the second half so it would have minimum exposure for scouting/evaluation.
On top of that, i think he didn't wanna have the burden of possibly riding a winning streak into the playoffs which was plausible at the time. Can't remember the stat but usually after a team goes on a winning streak, they have a tendency to drop 2-3 games after. In the playoffs that's all it takes.
In my mind Its the Spurs VS OKC WC finals. Like everyone has said the west will be all about match ups and their exploitation. I feel confident as a spurs fan counting on Brooks skill to exploit the mismatch
Damn I miss this cereal. It had the marshmallow and just perfect with milk. I use to kill this.
You're right. Haven't seen it as much on NT, but theyve been making the push on ESPN/TNT in support of KD and the thunder which from a business perspective i understand wanting to yield higher rating, branding etc

I don't think anyone has anyone's number out west, with the exception of maybe saying Spurs have Grizzlies' number. You could make a case but even then it's tough.
Regular season series should barely factor into anything. Brooklyn/Miami being an example.

I gotta say i disagree brother. Probably the last year that people can say this, but collectively i still think experience is a factor for the thunder. Carlisle should find some ways through out a series to cash in on this.Dallas has a better chance against sa than okc imo, i wouldnt be surprised if they lose to the grizz on wednsday to get that 8th seed if the grizz win these next 2 gms

Waffle crisp is the all time greatest cereal.
I'm looking for the bobcats to upset the paces if those two are matched up.
I would see Gerald Henderson going off one game kind of like Ben Gordon did for the bulls. To add onto what you posted.I doubt this happens, but wouldn't be surprised. Al Jefferson is reallyyyy good, and Kemba has improved as a ball player this year this year to the point where I believe he can affect a basketball game even if he isn't scoring / shooting well. Plus both al Jefferson and Kemba are clutch performers, and they sport a very underrated defense as well. Won't be easy for Indiana for sure.
Wow KD man, what a joy to watch.
