I think they're selling his shirts with his name and number on the back, so maybe
I'd cop a Phil jersey, no sleeves though

What ever happened to Landry Fields?
That can be said for anyone that makes the leap into something new with no prior experience. His success as a coach leads people to believe that he wlll be competent as a GM.Phil brings them creditability in the front office.
That's his value.
By what he's done as a coach? That makes a lot of sense
Not like coaching and being in the front office are different or anything.
All the talk about him since he's signed on with NY has been about the triangle offense, ************* still think he's a coach.

Pat also does the everyday work like scouting and attending games.Phil can do the Pat Riely when he wants to sign players and show them all his rings

Phil said in his presser he's not handling scouting. Like, what?

Phil said in his presser he's not handling scouting and he'll be coming in and out of New York from LA. Like, what?
3 years max.
Either he steps down or is let go.
What exactly does Phil do to boost their value?
As if the Knicks weren't already a billion dollar organization that sells out every game even with a sub par team and bad management
I'd understand if he was coaching but Mike Woodson is still coach, roster is still ******, still no picks, still Dolan. You saying free agents will want to come to NY now more than they already did? No way to prove that
They going to start selling his jersey?
A.D.'s last six games:
32.2 points per (57.9%, 87.1% - 194 points on 121 shots)
14.3 rebounds
2.8 assists
3.0 blocks
The best shot-blocker/one of the best rebounders in the world has also made 33 consecutive free throws, so that's a little frightening.
