I know I'm late but, Why aren't they valid? You can't control traffic which directly affects parking. You realize that most games are scheduled right around rush hour right? People getting off work + people going to a game will always= traffic jams. Buying food is valid as well, just like it takes time to get back to your seat after half. It happens at every arena

Rush hour happens the same time every day. Why can't you just plan ahead and give yourself enough time to get there?
