NBA TV is blacked out in Houston when the Rockets play because only Comcast carries the Rockets games
This wouldn't help is in Houston, as LP blocks local market games. I'm asking because I'm in Arkansas lol

It technically is illegal but they arnt based out of the US.. They have been up for a while tho so really no need to worry..
I was gonna buy it when they had a sale right before the season started.. Regret that I didnt
