the more games i've gone to this year, the more i've noticed the refs will call it late if he misses, but if a player makes a shot they'll let it slide. they call out of bounds wrongfully sometimes to purposefully save someone from a foul call.

Aside from the fact you can't just realign things because of small sample sizes of disparity, good luck getting any owner to sign off on that.
