Rick Carlisle is undeniably the second best coach in the NBA. The 2011 Finals confirmed that. He's only had the one superstar to work with. Doc needed three Hall of Famers and Rondo to be a successful NBA head coach.

Terribly overrated. Never won more than 45 games before the Big Three era. And that was as a coach in a putrid Eastern Conference.
