That's why the NBA isn't entertaining anymore, and probably why David Stern no longer wants to be apart of being the Face of the NBA anymore.

Too many suckas. Too many pansys. Too many ungrateful players who all want to play in either NY, LA, or MIA. These young 90's babies-players are suckas.

The NBA is ***. Been that way since 2010 and it will be that way until it implodes and every small market team is no longer relevant, causing the NBA to collapse or just take its team locations overseas.

**** Kyrie. He'll soon realize the grass isn't always greener on the other side...I'm actually glad this is happening. The current state of NBA is ****** and will be for a long time until the CBA changes the way players leave their teams.

I'm not mad at all.

Tell em why you mad son.

I think the Cavs match any offer Kyrie is offered

I don't think he goes anywhere unless he tells Cleveland he refuses to play there

for non cavs fans, would you want kyrie on your team for whatever his next max contract is going to be?

im currently leaning towards no

Tyler Ennis has had an excellent freshman season for undefeated Syracuse, showing great instincts as a scorer and point guard.

"If you were to ask me right now whether I'd take Ennis over Kyrie Irving, I think it's Ennis," one GM said. "He does all the things that help a basketball team win basketball games. You can pick him apart on individual flaws, but I would take this kid right now and trust him to run my team. I think there's very few freshmen you could ever say that about."

Ennis is averaging 12.1 points, 5.7 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals per game.

As A Lakers I wouldnt mind because his max would be somewhere in the 14-18 Mil range if i'm not mistaking and i do think he can improve but that's only because i'm no longer confident on Melo Signing here and i rather Kyrie as are big draw then K.Love

Unless you have Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Rajon Rondo, Derrick Rose, Steph Curry, Russell Westbrook, or Dame, you better be listening.

for us whether getting kyrie is a good idea or not HIGHLY depends on where we are drafting and who we take

kobe should tell mitch to go get him just so he can beat kyrie 1v1 every practice

Kyrie isn't going anywhere, stop talking about it.

Nobody turns down the restricted max extension. Nobody.

Apprently his agent informed Gilbert he won't sign extention.

Gilbert went irate

he's gonna be traded by the deadline.

You a good dude, FF...I feel for you, bro.

How is Kyrie gone if he's a restricted free agent until 2015? Plus he'd be dumb to pass on a 80-90 million contract.
What has Dan Gilbert done to you that no other NBA owner hasn't?

The oblvious hate on NT :lol that's why I'm retiring from NT this year.

Can't we add Lawson and Dragic to the list too?

The question is would you want Kyrie at a max contract. As good as Dragic and Lawson are to their teams, both Denver and Phoenix would bring Kyrie in at a max contract. At least I hope they'd be smart enough to.

Cavs did it to themselves honestly

Can't deny that bro.

Which is why I'm not understanding why AT is attacking dudes for despising Gilbert and saying the NBA is ****** because small market teams are starting to become irrelevant. It's pointless grouping all small market teams together. Especially when your owner, your GM, your coach and your scouts are the ones completely destroying this roster they are trying to build around him. Small market teams have been succeeding and staying relevant for years now. And outside of MIA, which of these "super stars" demanding to go to other teams have had real success?

I'm confused is this dude saying players shouldn't be allowed to play where they want?

For the sake of the NBA entertaining it's audiences who spend their hard-earned money, players that are of superstar claiber shouldn't be able to bolt teams in this fashion.

See Deron WIlliams, Chris Paul, etc.

It really doesn't bother me anymore though, I've felt the same way about the league since Lebron left the way he did, so I'm numb to this - and I've actually come to expect this.

But the kids that are fans of these teams don't deserve this..

there are way too many players that are more deserving of a max contract

it doesnt just have to be PGs

I just don't know what about Kyrie Irving justifies this sentiment.

also you have untill 2018 to build a winner around Kyrie, how much more time do small markets need? :lol

It will always be a little harder for small markets but at this point I'm seriously tired of this, you get a rookie deal and one extension to build a winner, you want to keep them for life? what more do you want?

despise this cba.

players should get to play wherever the hell they want to play after the rookie deal.

in what other firm are you required to essentially stay, (restricted FA, teams allowed to match)??

If I don't like how things are run at my place of work, and I'll take less money for a better situation, than what the hell is wrong with that?

Parity in sports is ********
