I didn't like LeBron's antics last night either, but let's be honest, like Barkley has said many times, nobody in the NBA really wants to fight. They know as soon as someone swings it's getting broken up. So, anytime guys run up on eachother or go chest to chest, it's posturing. Some dudes are just more convincing with it than others

yeah its not the 90s anymore. thing is because no one is going to fight, it looks bad for the player that gets mad and does the whole hold me back thing. it doesnt effect the game, it doesnt give is any insight on how great of a basketball player lebron is but in any aspect of life whether its on a court in a club or in school if you run up on someone pretending to want to fight and they smile/laugh at your face your going to be called soft. nothing wrong with taking the higher ground but dont react like that if you dont want to be made fun of, on top of that he uses his off arm to diagonally push away a defender (a flop but still a foul) and he still gets two shots and the ball back THAT is where the hate comes from. no one here has any problems with lebrons talent, its that he will run into other players for obvious offensive fouls and STILL run up to the refs like his mother just got mugged on the streets. it looks foolish and no matter who you are people are going to call you out if they see you doing that

Unless lilyo06 has some constant hate towards the heat that im unaware of he seems to be just stating an observation. The stay mad bro comment is unnecessary and is the reason people dont like the heat. For the record Lebron is the reason they have won 2 of the last 3 championships.

Did you not see the word HALF in my post?
Was it not Chalmers in game 4 who gave the thunder that WORK in the NBA finals in 2012?
Was it not Miller who hit 7 three pointers in a row in game 5 of the NBA finals in 2012?
Was it not Ray Allen that hit a 3 to tie the game in game 6 of the NBA finals in2013?

Yea everyone is gunna say Lebron is the main reason but lebron can't beat a whole TEAM by himself.

I'm not mad from a neutral standpoint I like the Heat.

But just because someone says something is garbage about the heat doesnt mean it warrants a "STAY MAD BRO" as a response 100% of the time. Again right now, what you are doing, is the reason people hate the Heat. People like me who have nothing against the heat. Chalmers also goes ghost every away game. Miller was lucky if he could hobble his *** down to the other side of the court the entire year, Ray Allen was on and off all year. Did everyone have their moments? Yea. Lets not act like the Heats role players are something special compared to teams like the Spurs and Pacers like the guy mentioned. LeBron is the only thing that is constant about the team and has proved over and over and over again he makes the players around him look better than they actually are. (Boobie Gibson) The Spurs beat teams like the Warriors with their entire big 3 sitting out. Literally the only thing the role players on the Heat are asked to do is receive passes from LeBron and hit wide open jumpshots. I dont think theyre capable of winning games without LeBron like the Spurs and Pacers role players are capable of doing. Last night proved that when they scored ZERO points in the 2nd overtime once Lebron fouled out.

I'd like to see Lebron 3-Peat. Idk how I can stay mad though when im not mad in the first place. So uh, you can stay mad every time someone makes a slightly critical observation about the Heat?

to be fair the heat didnt sign roleplayers to be able to carry the team without wade and bron, they signed them because they could perfectly complement wade and bron's drive and kick game. they won two championships with an offense that needs either wade or bron on the floor to be fully effective, so to say they are trash when wade and bron are taken away is unfair since thats not what they are supposed to do.

Was at the game last night fairly close to the fight(few rows behind nets bench), it was the first time I saw Lebron look legitimately angry. It didn't seem fake at all, he rarely goes at someone during a foul.

For the record, I hate when dudes act like they know if someone is tough or not from an NBA foul situation. This is a team sport not a street fight. It's so stupid. Whenever people get on Blake for walking away they call him soft despite him getting fined/suspended if he retaliates. Can't win with some of you fans.

You're completely right. But when talking about basketball the term "garbage" is such a loosely thrown around word. There was nothing wrong with what the guy said. The heat's role players arent anything special, theyre not asked to do a whole lot. Especially when you compare them to teams like the Spurs and Pacers. You have to compensate somehow when you have guys like Lebron and Wade on the team and thats fine. Its obviously working. There was nothing wrong with that statement made and there was no reason for a Heat fan to yell STAY MAD!

The heat aren't constructed like.most NBA teams there role players are there for just that ROLES. they don't need a lot of extra scoring just guys to hit.open threes. Guys like Battier haslem birdman all have roles like rebounding playing defense and drawing charges. Chalmers Cole and ray can get there's by themselves sometimes but there just here really to hit open shots. We don't need 6th man of the year role players on our team that's not how there built.

SO you are telling me, Take away Paul G. Hibbert, and the pacers still beat teams in the play offs?
Now the Spurs are a different story, their stars are all old, and they have young players who can play, but still, take away Tim duncan, Parker, and Ginobly, your telling me they still win games in the play offs?

Again, without those role players, Lebron WINS nothing. without chalmers, without Battier, without miller, without cb, without Ray Allen, without Cole, without Birdman, Lebron wins nothing. Lebron is Lebron, he makes his whole team, full of role players better, so to say they are garbage in any way is just asinine.

Why can't I yell STAY MAD, when obviously these role players are winning championships in the last 3 years, against the teams he stated. Pacers and Spurs both teams that he said had "Better" role players but yet got beat by what he calls "garbage" role players.

How can they be garbage when they are helping win championships?
the salt is crazy, but i guess when you hate the best nba team out there, it blinds you.

yeah i know i call people trash, garbage or a scrub pretty much every day. lebron carries this team more than anyone else in recent memory, while it works great when people are hitting their shots it puts a lot of pressure on lebron to make the whole thing run. he played 50 minutes on the second game of a back to back, hes going end up burning out because wade is too selfish to suck it up and play more than two games a week

How anyone can say, CB, Rio, Battier, Ray Allen, Cole are all garbage is beyond me. when those exact role players are beating the Spurs and The Pacers, for ecf, and nba championships.
