they tried to insinuate that he would be like Marc Defensively...... That still isn't true as he's still food on that end.

Don't let the BMI fool you.

Jokic is 7th in defensive win shares; ahead of Giannis, Bam, Embiid.

He's also 6th in defensive box plus minus; tied with Gobert & ahead of Giannis, Simmons, Bam, Turner, Embiid.

Win shares also is based on games played. Eudrice, Yawnist and Jo have all missed a considerable amount of time

Now for DBPM, you looking at total or per game avg? That’s still a flawed metric because it’s always based on who is also on the court with you

Give this man the damn MVP

Y’all was loving KD’s weird social media antics until it involved Curry

But this isn’t the best of social media KD. He just liked a post. If he came out and just said the same thing outright, I’d be more supportive. I wouldn’t think he’s right, but I’d find it funny.

That tweet is funny because KD also needed another MVP and 3 All Stars to get the job done.

Steph also won w/o KD and KD hasn't won a damn thing w/o Steph.

I'm confused.
It’s mainly funny because they were...... teammates. how do you quantify that. Looking at the leading scorer? That wasn’t the logic used with Kobe & Shaq in the west playoffs  I heard one guy was a sidekick when he was the point guard, leading scorer, and primary perimeter defender in several of those playoff series.

When KD & Curry weren’t teammates & met in the playoffs, Curry was the best player on the court.

I just don’t understand I guess

No one's here to argue, especially not with yall.

I think Steph is better than KD and was better than him during the GSW tenure. Long-term things can change but I don't see it happening the way things are going, and I couldn't care less what any of yall think about it. You won't see me get into a nonsense debate about it.

The lack of appreciation would be supported by the fact that people don't acknowledge that he's better than KD but yall got it. Hit me with the laughing emojis and we can be done with it cause I surely didn't make the comment with the intent to argue in circles with yall

I

Right? Feel like some people believe you could’ve switched Steph out for any all-star guard and KD would have had the same success with the Warriors. There’s really no logical reason to assume that. KD did what he did in part because the teammates surrounding him.

Lakers Last 10 w/o Bron & AD 5-5

Blazers 3-7
Mavs 5-5
Griz 6-4

Lost two top 5 guys & still in good position to get a homecourt series in the first at least & back to being the best team in the league

Damn near every team in the West could’ve used a guard, all of those GMs knew OKC was a fire-sale candidate & still let Schroeder go to the champs  wild to me.
