Bale will feast once those Navas crosses turn into a counter attack opportunities, fully expect Bale to go ape **** against City.

I bet he can't wait since he was nearly all invisible last game.

Benz might be a little heated as well after missing out on the Euro squad... :lol 8o

I want to see a desperate Bayern down 1 to Atletico with like 20 minutes left, the full on attack vs the best parked bus.

I think we got something similar with Real trying to score vs Atletico in the CDR last year. It was like 90% possession.

If City and Pool both win their European tournaments, then does only the top 2 EPL team get a CL pot for next yr?
5 max. top 3 automatic with 3rd playing the qualifier ,  if city and pool finish 5/6 and win the cups they are in and whoever's in 4th is out.

I feel you no need for storylines.

All I can about is seeing Vincent Kompany left up that trophy somehow.
not a city fan, but

. Respect for the captain

We shouldn't even be worrying about Navas. KDB would most likely take his spot if Sterling will come back fit. Bale and Ronaldo will feast on the wings. Clichy/Kolarov will be food and Sagna/Zabaleta don't have the pace or physical presence to even make Ronaldo second guess.

Aguero and KDB gonna have to have the games of their lives to give us a chance. I wouldn't mind Yaya back in midfield either.

Let's not act like the Madrid defense isn't just asking to be ripped apart. If Roma and Wolfsburg can get to that soft back line, City can too. I think it will be closer than what you guys think. City's defense can be crazy soft too

Palermo is on their 9th manager of the season and have brought back the first 2 managers, wtf

Jurgen Klopp bans Liverpool players from touching 'This Is Anfield' sign as show of respect

The Reds boss says his players must respect former successes and only when they win trophies of their own will they be able to touch the famous sign

Jurgen Klopp has banned his Liverpool players from touching the 'This Is Anfield' sign inside the stadium's tunnel.

The German explained his decision, saying his current players will only be worthy of touching it when they deliver silverware to the club.

"I've told my players not to touch the 'This Is Anfield' sign until they win something," he said. "It's a sign of respect."

Liverpool moved closer to winning a trophy this season as they qualified for the semi-finals of the Europa League in dramatic fashion on Thursday night.

The Reds went into the tie at Anfield with the scores level at one-all but Dortmund appeared to put the game to bed early when they scored two quick-fire early goals.

Divock Origi scored just after half-time to give Liverpool a glimmer of hope but Marco Reus' strike 10 minutes later made it 3-1 to the visitors.

Philippe Coutinho then struck from distance for the hosts before Mamadou Sakho bundled home after a scrap in the box to leave Klopp's side needing just one goal to progress.

With Anfield bouncing, Liverpool went for the jugular and their intense play was rewarded in the first minute of injury-time when Dejan Lovren headed home to cap one of the most remarkable nights in the Reds' history.

They are joined in the last four by Villarreal, Sevilla and Shakhtar Donetsk.

A better benchmark would be Mario Gotze. Far more similar youth progression. Green has never produced

at the first division level regardless of age.

Pulisic is doing more at 17 than Gotze did for BVB, albeit very similar seasons. If he were to make the unlikely jump to regular starter that Gotze did in his 2nd year, then the hype train will really get going.

I'd say Götze seemed a bit more talented at age 17 and he didn't have as much competition when he became a regular starter. But I agree that Pulisic has a great career ahead of him.

The match yesterday was painful. By now you start to see the strain the number of games has left on our team, they didn't manage to control the game as well as they can. Once it got hectic I knew it was the perfect game for one of Klopp's teams.

Oh definitely Gotze was another tier of prospect altogether. I was more just referring to the impact they've each made at this age.

I think Pulisic possesses more raw athleticism, particularly strength and explosion, and because of it he's been able to make the kind of impact he has.

It's crazy though because Gotze himself is a great athlete, but also literally just one year ago Pulisic was with Dortmund's U17's and stood out in every facet of the game except physically, and that was against other 16 year olds. Crazy what a year in time can do for an adolescent.

Saw this on Twitter: "Bookies say if Leicester win PL title then 5000-1 will be longest odds on any successful single event (not accumulator), any genre, ever."

I saw an interesting stat the other day about Thomas Müller. He has 33 goals(I think) in the UCL since 2010. He is 3rd on the list in that timespan behind CR7 and Messi. O____O

Bale will feast once those Navas crosses turn into a counter attack opportunities, fully expect Bale to go ape **** against City.

what was done here....I seent it

Hoping for Muller to have a good game. I know every team has injuries but it's like every year around this time Bayern has key injuries.
Don't think robben will be back. Hoping our injured defense can hang.

your Navas translation in Spanish was pretty good too. Portuguese is very similar so it's not that hard.

Thanks for the compliment....But then at the same time diminishing it because I know Portuguese :lol

But yea man, my Spanish is pretty good. Better speaking than writing. It's on my résumé that I'm tri-lingual :smokin (humble brag).

No now go learn Portuguese and get on my level Louie :lol but to be honest it's a lot more difficult for y'all than it is for us. It's a linguistic mystery :lol

@ManUtd

Not sure about dropping Tony and Fosu though...

Hopefully Memphis can take advantage
