I know it was reported earlier in the campaign that Adebayor was dealing with a lot of family strife, but I didn't know it was this bad... Stories are circulating his mother & various family members are using witchcraft to put a "root" on Adebayor... His brother who lives in Germany is saying Adebayor is being influenced by Muslim extremest even though he's not Muslim.

He recently took to FB to air out his problems. Poor fella.

I came in here to post it, but I see it's already doing rounds. It's sad as hell but extremely common in African culture. One of my family members always says there's some Africans that will gladly wait their entire life for you to become successful so you can take care of them. Smh frustrating as hell cause I know a part of what he's going through. Granted it's not as bad as his situation with the complete break down of relations, but I definitely know what it's like to be seen as a bank, and for people to see some of my family members as a bank.

I've seen the effects of this kind of behaviour first hand, and I can tell you, it explains a lot towards Ade's dip in form and attitude problems.
