The entire world does this famb, so by comparison it would be a stretch to say Mexico does it "very well." Germany does it very well, Spain does it very well, Brazil does it very well, Argentina does it very well, the Netherlands does it very well, etc. I would say Mexico does a decent job.

I don't see him getting much playing time at PSG. Also the only reason why he would he would end up Man U is because he is Dutch and Van Gaal is Dutch. Otherwise I don't see why he would pick that joke of a club over Liverpool. Plus maybe he is one of those players who want to carry the club back to its greatness and not just walk into the perfect situation.
