Indeed Arsenal is technically primed for someone like Klopp to come in. However I'm also thinking that Klopp would also like to build his own team and bring in more players. Would Arsenals executives be comfortable with spending now? Or would they prefer another season or two of getting the financial muscle that desire?

Also, does Klopp come with his entire scouting network? I would assume he would know them personally and can keep the relationship going, but I do wonder if the scouting was down to Klopp or BVB.

I think he'd be perfect to for Arsenal too, But you didn't mention how Wenger has sealed the door for anyone to just walk in and take his job. He's never going to be fired by Arsenal.

From what I read ...

Bayern's medical staff quit today because they said they were being blamed for their loss against Porto.
