Michu when transfered to Swansea comes to mind recently. steam died down next season.
Can anyone list some of the players you've seen this type of stuff from before?
Either to refresh my memory or maybe I wasn't into footy like that or long enough to see these shenanigans happen before.

Suarez took time to adapt but that was help with Brendan Rodgers and Sturridge. Then he jumped ship to Barca. If you count him in this case

Fifteen-year-old Croatian wonderkid Toni Trograncic has taken part in a first-team training session with Bayern Munich.
The club has been monitoring the young Croatian for quite some time and are eager to sign the midfielder after losing out to Real Madrid in the race to acquire teenage sensation, Martin Odegaard.
Trograncic was born in a town 35 miles southeast of Munich, called Bad Aibling, but is of Croatian decent. He came to the attention of Bayern officials after being named the best player at an under-11 tournament while playing at the Red Bull Salzburg academy.
The teenager has previously made several appearances for the Croatia under-14s, but Trograncic has showed such massive potential that the German national team have being attempting to persuade him to join the country’s development programs.
Bayern Munich assistant Hermann Gerland initially spotted the midfielder and extended an invitation to the player to workout with the club’s under-15 squad late last week.
After impressing the entire coaching staff, Guardiola asked the teenager to train with the members of Bayern Munich’s first-team who were not on international duty.
On Saturday, Trograncic was able to train alongside the likes of Philipp Lahm, Rafinha and Dante.
The session was attended by roughly 200 people, including the midfielder’s father who took joy in seeing his son taking penalties against Pepe Reina near the end of the proceedings.
